I'm Yubai Yuan, an assistant professor in Department of Statistics at Penn State Univeristy. I received my PhD degree in Department of Statistics at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2020, under the supervison of Annie Qu. Before coming to Penn State, I spent two years as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Statistics at UC Irvine.

My current research focus on the interaction between causal inference, graph machine learning and network system:

• causal inference under network interference
• causal inference based on graph machine learning and deep learning
• statistical machine learning and complex network modeling
